okay. this one's for marcus and bob. just to prove that I still remember my password and all that (though it did take some digging.)

and speaking of digging, I recently created a pretty deep gash in my left middle finger at work. it's a long and sordid affair, but suffice it to say that I was hurt. bad. it was only three stitches worth, but let me just say that bone looks strange when it's healthy and surrounded by healthy tissue. perhaps a picture?

I don't care what you say, that bitch hurt like hell! I still have no feeling whatsoever in that entire area of my finger. been a few weeks now too.

let's see...I've also recently withdrawn from the semester here at school. turns out that learning ancient greek just isn't my cup of ouzo, if you catch my meaning. so after 4.63 years (give or take) my undergraduate experience is coming to an end. well...it has come to an end really. my days now consist of working at market fresh, seeing what other kind of damage I can do to myself before I find a full-time job. recently stabbed myself in the right wrist. that was a blast. I think I should probably get out while I still have all my digits/limbs. jim is actually training me on the band saw, so I'd say chances are good that I'll be missing something important pretty soon...
